Bud Anderson Is Doing Our Part During the Coronavirus Pandemic

In light of the current public health situation, we promise that we are making every effort to continue to bring comfort to your home, while limiting any potential health risk to your family and our employees. Additionally, we are now offering several accommodations and promotions to ease your burden and improve your home during this time.

Precautions We Are Taking

  • Contactless Maintenance & Service Appointments – We have put procedures in place to minimize contact during tune-ups and service appointments.
  • Reinforcing Health Standards – We are actively training all of our staff on virus prevention techniques.
  • Providing Necessary Sanitization Supplies – We are providing all field staff with the products and supplies needed to keep them self-sanitized. We are also limiting their exposure, through measures like our drive-thru warehouse loading, to have the least amount of person-to-person contact.
  • Conducting Internal Meetings Remotely – Any necessary group meetings are being conducted remotely through web platforms.
  • Activating Additional Resources – We have hired additional staff to increase our internal cleaning capacity. We have also taken additional measures to sanitize products placed on service trucks.
  • Customer Screening – Before each appointment, we are asking a few screening questions to help protect our staff and your family from any unnecessary exposure.

Accommodations & Promotions We Are Offering

  • Waived Dispatch Fees Through 8/31 – At this time we are waiving dispatch fees for service appointments.
  • Free Coil and Blower Sanitization – We are adding a free coil and blower sanitization process into every service and maintenance call we perform.
  • Chance to Win a UV Sanitizer – Win a UV sanitizer when you book a $79 air conditioner tune-up by 8/24. We have 20 sanitizers available.
